What is wellness?
Wellness encompasses overall health and well-being, integrating physical, mental, and emotional aspects of life. As part of our membership, we offer Yoga and Pilates classes at various levels to help you achieve balance and strength. To further enhance mobility, we also provide a stretch and flexibility class that includes core strengthening exercises, supporting a comprehensive approach to your well-being.
What Wellness Do We Offer?

With more focus on mobility, we will also have a stretch and flexibility class with core work incorporate

Achieve Yoga
Classes include breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection. Practice takes place on a mat. Variations offered for most poses depending on ability. Styles will range.
Intensity Level: Low

Achieve Pilates
These classes will focuses on full-body stability, mobility, and strength through proper breathing and core engagement. The low-impact exercise works to strengthen muscles while improving posture and core strength.
Intensity Level: Med- High

Achieve Flexibility
This Session is aimed to improve individuals range of movement. It is a combination of flexibility, balance and stretching. Will help to improve functional movement in the gym, in turn reducing the risk of injury and improving day to day life.
Intensity Level: Low

Walk & Mobility
This class will focus Aerobic training, with longer intervals of work to increase your body's cardiovascular or muscular endurance.
Included in this class with be a range of our equipment and cardio machines.
Intensity level :High

Core & Stretch
The primary focus is to develop your Core and glute strength. It combines low-impact bodyweight movements, light-moderate weights , core and glute specific exercises, giving you the best bang for your buck.
Intensity Level: Medium
