What is Strength?

Strength is defined as any activity that involves resistance, this can included free weights, machines or body weight movements. Depending on what type of strength you wish to achieve.

What Strength Classes Do We Offer?

Our strength classes will vary from toning based classes like Burn, Core & Glutes, to Strength & Power classes such as Calisthenics and Strength. We also have a more technique based class called Learn to Lift for those with less experience and members looking to improve technique.

Achieve Learn To Lift

This Class is designed for clients who want to learn and transition to weightlifting, it will focus on Technique of a range of different lifts.

Intensity Level: Low

Achieve Burn

This class is perfect for beginners who are starting their fitness journey as it focuses on getting down a foundation of Strength & Fitness, It is also suitable for more experienced people who want to use more weight to test themselves. With the rep range being at the higher end of the scale, it will be perfect for toning and Muscular Endurance. Equipment used will with vary from TRX trainers to dumbbells & Powerbags etc.

Achieve Core & Glutes

The primary focus is to develop your Core and glute strength. It combines low-impact bodyweight movements, light-moderate weights , core and glute specific exercises, giving you the best bang for your buck.

Achieve Calisthenics

Calisthenics are exercises that rely on body weight for resistance. They allow for the development of strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
This class will be aimed at higher fitness levels and will have the incorporation of weights vests.
