What is cardio?
Cardiovascular exercise, often referred to as cardio, is any type of physical activity that increases your heart rate and keeps it elevated for a sustained period. Activities like running, cycling, swimming, brisk walking, and even dancing fall under this category. Cardio workouts are essential for maintaining a healthy heart, improving overall fitness, and enhancing mental well-being.
What Cardio Do We Offer?
We offer a wide range of Cardiovascular style classes including indoor cycling in our garden studio. As well as boxing and endurance in out new state of the art Gym Facility. Lighter aerobic activity classes will also be included for our more senior members.

Achieve Endurance
This class will focus Aerobic training, with longer intervals of work to increase your body's cardiovascular or muscular endurance.
Included in this class with be a range of our equipment and cardio machines.
Intensity level :High

Achieve Cycling
This is a fast paced hard hitting quick metabolic class. Our Spin class focuses on hitting your metabolic rate fast with sprint based training. This is a form of training that is easy on the joints, burns calories improves strength and decreases stress. Classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
Intensity Level: Medium

Achieve Box
This a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power. Teaming up with a buddy and doing pad work will be also in the class. Great class for dropping body fat, getting fit and releasing frustration.
Intensity Level : Medium

Achieve Seniors Class
These classes will vary in style, but will cater for the older person, with less impact and intensity on the body.
Intensity level : Low
